Hurtigruten Group AS - Base Prospectus Approved for Listing of the EUR 50m bond placed in February 2022

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved the Base Prospectus with appendices 18 July 2022 prepared by Hurtigruten Group AS in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the Hurtigruten Group AS 11% Senior Unsecured EUR 50,000,000 Green Bonds 2022/2025 with ISIN NO0012436270 which was placed in Februry 2022.
