Hurtigruten Group (“HRG” or “The Company”) - Hurtigruten Group increases the shareholder loan facility with EUR 20m

With reference to the announcement made on the 10^th of August 2022 regarding the EUR 55m shareholder loan facility. The Company’s ultimate shareholders have agreed to increase the subordinated shareholder loan facility from EUR 55m to EUR 75m to fund working capital and the ongoing capex program.
