Discover the intriguing history and culture of the charming town Akureyri, nested at the bottom of the longest fjord in North Iceland. The guided walk takes you on a leisurely stroll along the promenade with views of the town, past the church and to the old town. During this excursion you will be entertained by a local
performance. For those interested in old artefacts or horticulture it is possible to hop off and explore on your own, uphill to the Botanical Garden or further south to Akureyri Museum. The tour ends at the main square in town, not far away from the pier.
