Enjoy the beauty of St. Lucia on this scenic excursion. Marvel at the mountain and seaside landscapes of the island’s northern half. Begin with a drive to the city of Castries before ascending to Morne Fortune for sweeping views of the city, its picturesque harbour and on a clear day, the neighbouring island of Martinique. Drive past the official residence of the Governor General of St. Lucia and onto the Morne complex to see the Inniskilling Monument, erected to honour the British regiment that overtook the French in 1796. This site is also now home to the islands A Level College.

Continue with a drive along hillside communities which will lead to a viewpoint to oversee the Marquis Estate, once the largest banana plantation on the island.  Continue on to enjoy views of Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island before stopping at Stony Hill, a private home.  You will be welcomed by the homeowners as they guide you on a walk of the grounds that include amazing views and spectacular gardens. Enjoy a cool refreshment and freshly made snacks before returning to your ship.
