Meet our CEO: Hedda Felin

Hedda Felin is the CEO of Hurtigruten. She joined Hurtigruten (then Hurtigruten Norway) in 2021 and has since been responsible for Hurtigruten's Coastal Express operations and later the launch of the company's Signature sailings with MS Trollfjord.  

She is also the chair of the board at Hurtigruten Svalbard, the company's land-based operations in Longyearbyen. 

Hedda has more than 14 years of experience in various leadership roles across the value chain at Equinor, most recently as head of the CEO's office and advisor to Equinor's CEO. Before that, she led the company’s oil and gas operations on the UK continental shelf and played a key role in building up Equinor’s operations in the United Kingdom. 

Hedda has also served as director of safety and sustainability for Equinor’s global exploration activities.  

Additionally, she has worked as a consultant and project manager in areas such as shipping and oil and gas.
