Food and festivities

For your five-course anniversary dinner at the end of your voyage, the chefs of our Norway’s Coastal Kitchen have been busy cooking up new celebratory recipes.

They’ll be taking inspiration from menus from decades ago and giving dishes a fresh, modern twist while being faithful to the classic Norwegian coastal cuisine they originated from.

On board our ships in 2023, several lectures delivered by your Coastal Experience Team will focus on our long history as a lifeline to Norwegian coastal communities, including personal stories from local guests and crew members.

You’ll also observe a few selected old-fashioned Norwegian maritime traditions during your voyage. These nostalgic rituals will turn back time, allowing you to experience an evocative golden age of sailing.
