Along the trip you will see the major attractions of the city such as the former Labour University of Gijón, an amazing architectural complex inspired by "Herreriano" style (style of the Spanish Reinassance) but built in the mid of the 20th century, the soccer stadium "El Molinón", Isabel la Catolica Park, San Lorenzo beach.
After the panoramic tour, you will stop at the marina of Gijón. This place is the ideal one to start with a walking tour along the old town. You will see the main squares of Gijón, the lovely Marqués Square and Revillagigedo Palace, Plaza Mayor with its beautiful Town Hall and Campo Valdes. You will walk the charming narrow streets of Cimadevilla, the former fishermen quarter, till Cerro de Santa Catalina, where you will discover the sculpture “El Elogio del Horizonte” by Chillida. You will also enjoy some free time for shopping before returning to the port.
