Begin this tour by meeting your local guide at the pier. The guide will take you on an adventure up the stairs, through the huge gorge “Kungsklyftan” that was named by the king Oscar the second in 1887 and up another staircase to the top of “Vetteberget”. On a clear day the southeast end of Norway can be seen from here. The view is breathtaking! The area is safe, good shoes are needed along with mobility – the walk is not suited for disabled persons. A bottle of water is nice to have once up at the mountain.

After a stroll east, over the mountain, the tour heads downhill through a small wood and the path ends at the local museum. The guests will be greeted by locals serving traditional Swedish fika with tea/coffee and home baked cinnamon rolls/biscuits.

After the coffee break, the tour guide will take you back to the pier.
