The Hebrides are famed all over the world for their precious, hand woven fabrics. This uni- que tour give the opportunity to experience the traditional craft and gain an insight into the making of the cloth, all they way from sheep to shop. Travel to the remote and scenic Ardalanish Bay by ferry and motor coach and visit the Isle of Mull Weavers at Ardalanish Farm.
In the course of a guided tour of the mill, admire the old, traditional Victorian power looms and see how this wonderful, coarse fabric is woven inch by inch. Walking is over so- me uneven ground, mostly flat and is mainly up to guests discretion and the tour is wheel- chair accessible as long as guests can embark and disembark the motor coach and has someone with them to assist.
