Antarctica – the continent of ice and snow, a world so big visitors can’t help but feel small. When we land in this immense white and blue landscape, our limits are mostly defined by the difficulty to move about in the deep snow.

Now, imagine extending your reach, imagine the white expanse that is usually the hiker’s bane is penetrable! Let´s go snowshoeing! Snowshoes simply spread your weight over a larger surface, keeping you from bogging down in the snow.

Suddenly you can walk across snow fields, climb hills, cross glittering white plains that were totally out of reach before. Hike where no one has ever hiked before. Make your way through pristine snow fields. Expand your limits! Feel the spirit of the early explorers who crossed these great expanses just like we are doing now!

Equipment has of course improved since then, and our snowshoes are top-of-the-line, easy to use, safe and suitable for everyone who is a capable hiker. It is probably one of the most intense adventures possible on this most remote of places on Earth. Our experienced guides are more than happy to share this amazing world with you.
