The “Eternal Village” 

Klukwan, or “Eternal Village” has been home to the Chilkat Tlingit people for hundreds of years. Learn about their way of life with the help of a village host at the Jilkaat Kwaan Cultural Heritage Center. At the Whale Clan House of the Gaanaxteidi, listen to the compelling history behind their world-famous collection of four totems and the Rain Wall Screen, and get to see these pieces in person.
